Subscription and Purchases

HAQ VOX offers both free and premium content. Premium features may require a paid subscription or one-time payment to access additional services such as downloadable audio or special content.

Payment Processing

All payments made within the HAQ VOX mobile application are processed through third-party app stores or payment providers (such as Google Play Store or other official platforms).

Because of this, refund requests may be subject to the refund policies of the respective payment provider.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Accidental purchase
• Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content
• Duplicate payment for the same service

To request a refund, users must contact us within 7 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

• If the user has already accessed or downloaded premium content
• If the refund request is made after the allowed refund period
• If the issue is caused by the user's device or internet connection

Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their app store account settings.
After cancellation:

• The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No additional charges will be made after the subscription ends.
